There Must Be Something In the Water

If you've been following for a while now, you know how much I'm O B S E S S E D with Spell Designs.. and anything with a twist of southwestern/native american/beach fashion. It's no surprise that I fell head over heels for Heyoka Leather.

Not exaggerating at all, have a look at the latest photos from Heyoka Leather's Spring 2011 collection.
(it's nothing less than perfection)

See what I mean?
Ah, adore adore adore.

Taken in Austin, Texas 2 weeks ago
Owned & modeled by by Leslie Crow
Photographed by Alexandra Valenti

Kind of bummed that the 80 degree weather only lasted for two days.. but I took advantage and tanned on my roof. Anyone else have a fascination with roofs? Okay, well not really a fascination, but I just love being up there.. I get a better view, a "bigger picture" of the whole thing and it's the perfect place to go clear my head and sort my thoughts. And the breeze is pretty wonderful.. :)

I mentioned Virgin Suicides a couple posts back and decided to pick up my worn copy last night.. Reread the first few chapters and it's crazy how a book can capture your thoughts so perfectly sometimes, yano?

It's a Doors kind of morning, jamming to Road House Blues as I get ready. Hope everyone has a fantastic day, and if you didn't get an opportunity to look up at the sky last night.. let me reassure you, the stars looked absolutely magnificent.

roofs = closer to the sun = better bronzer skin = YES!

love those cowboy boots, can't wait to rock mine with cutoffs this summer.

i first read the virgin suicides when i was a freshman in high school. kirsten dunst was faabbb in that movie... i remember reading an article on her prom at around that time and she had borrowed the BEST vintage dress from sophia coppola. i wanted it soooo badly!

great post, love!
